I am an economist working on topics related to health policy. I am especially interested in policies that impact medically disadvantaged individuals, such as elderly with a disability and people living with a mental health condition. My most recent work studies health disparities in the United States.
I am an Assistant Professor of Economics at NC State University. I did my Postdoc at Princeton University and obtained my Ph.D. in Economics from UIUC and my BSc from Universidad de Los Andes.
